- CRM architecture, lead routing, and pipeline hygiene: the structure underneath a revenue team, built with CRM platforms and workflow automation tools.
- Automation
- Workflows that connect the tools a revenue team already uses, with n8n and AI-assisted processes doing the manual work reps shouldn't have to.
- Web & product tooling
- The software that ties it all together, because I'd rather build the fix than just describe it.

Built an AI calling system, CRM-based lead routing, AI-automated outreach sequences, and lead magnets to scale outbound prospecting at Talstack.

Replaced manual customer and payment tracking with a connected Zoho operations system (CRM, Forms, Books, Campaigns, Sign, Desk) across three real estate businesses.

Built the Node.js backend powering myStudyPadi (500+ registered users) and launched a WordPress blog that grew the company's site traffic by over 40% in three months.
